And Tebow has yet to have an offseason where he got the lions share of the reps. Elway is going to work with Tebow personally all offseason to improve his footwork and is going to teach Tebow everything he knows. You are going to be amazed at how much better Tebow looks next year.
That is why he completed 67% of his passes in college and finished his college career with the second highest passing efficiency in college football history.
He can throw. He completed 18-24 passes for 190 yards against the Bears in the 4th quarter and overtime and absolutely shredded the Vikings the week before with beautiful, accurate deep balls.

Memory serves he was the starter going in and lost the job, thus his reps. Elway has too many duties to serve as QB coach. I'm sure he'll pitch in where he can, but with the difference in skill set, that's going to be a tough call.
He has improved from earlier in the season, but he still disappears for big parts of the ballgame as the Broncos try to hide his shortcomings. He may have completed 67% in college but he isn't playing The Citadel anymore. He's less than 50% with the big boys. He was 18-24 against a cover one defense that left big gaps in front. Even with that he 3 of 15 up to that point. He had only 6 completions going into the fourth quarter against the Pats. They only trusted him to throw the ball 8 times against the Chiefs and lulled the defense to sleep with a deep ball after running 51 times. Many teams have shredded the Vikings, even Matt Cassel.
