Ok, yawn, so that Patriots the Super Bowl. They were 15-4. Brady is coming back. A young defense will improve next year. They have 4 picks in the first two rounds. The Patriots as Super Bowl contender are not going away.

Guys like Andre Carter and Mark Anderson are not getting better.

The Patriots will have a much tougher schedule next season. I expect them to finish around 8-8.

I don't know, but I just have a hard time picturing the Patriots going 8-8 next season. I think you're going to end up wrong on that one.

Their defense was stunningly bad this year and they spent the offseason trying to fix it. I don't see Mark Anderson and Andre Carter combining for 20 sacks again so good luck with that, Bill.

As it is, Brady is finished in two or three seasons...and then we'll see just how awesome the Patriot Way is. LMAO

Really? The Patriots have the NFC West and AFC South next year. 49ers, Texans, Ravens will be very challenging games, but the rest?

But other than that, you see eight losses for the Patriots with this schedule? They'll be at (or below) .500 for the first time since 1999? Really?

If you really believe that I bet you will get truly great odds on that in Vegas. Give it a shot.

Home games: 49ers, Bills, Cardinals, Colts, Dolphins, Jets, Texans, Broncos.

Away games: Bills, Dolphins, Jaguars, Jets, Rams, Seahawks, Titans, Ravens

He's trolling.

That's because you are a dumbass. 8-8 would be their worst record since 2000. I notice you didn't mention Spikes, Chung, McCourtey, Mayo, and the younger players. But go ahead, show us how sucky the Patriots will be.

More like a KC sports writer.

None of whom are pass rushers.

And I said "around 8-8." The Pats were 10-6 as recently as two seasons ago.

Their decline is going to continue unless they hit on some top shelf talent soon.

I'll go with SK and believe you're trolling because you're not usually this big of an idiot. Or your hatred of the Patriots is blinding you to reality. Whichever, it hardly matters to me.

Go lay some coin on your 8-8 prediction if you're so confident.

They shouldn't have even won their division. ROFL

You really suck at this.

King:

When a 9-7 team wins their division and makes the playoffs, beats a 10-6 team at home, then beats the 15-1 top seed, who happens to have the top quarterback in the NFL on the road, then beats the 13-3 second seed on the road, and then beats the 13-3 AFC champs in Indy, who has one of the best quarterback / coach tandems in the NFL and "takes his team down the field and does it like this twice with an NFL championship on the line, not Johnny Unitas or Joe Montana or anybody. Only now Eli has." I think you might be stretching it a bit to think the Giants got lucky.

;)
