I didn't see any people living in huts. These people actually lived in houses and apartments.

Not sure about rice being the national currency, though. I'll have to ask next time i'm there.

I'm no handwriting expert but the comment in the tip section and the comment at the bottom of the receipt (if left by the customer) don't jibe.
This reminds me of the tip that was, supposedly, left by the 1 percenter..... just some bullshit somebody made up to stir up the masses.

Take a look specifically at the "Y" and "O".

The two samples don't look alike really at all.
