Minnesota got a steal in the draft. Dunn, Wiggins, Towns. They are set up real good.

Apparently they turned down a deal for Jimmy Butler. 5th + Levine for Butler. If Dunn wasn't there I would have done that deal in a heartbeat if I'm Minnesota.

Minnesota is dumb for not getting Butler for that deal. Butler has become one of the top two way players and has great defensive tools.

I worked late and im reading for the first time that I don't have to watch Serge Ibaka drop passes and foul 3 point shooters anymore. I didnt think they could get a lottery pick for him and they get VO to boot? Ummm thanks Orlando? You got a guy on a 1 year deal who once his physical tools go is worthless. Why in the **** would a team in their position make this trade? I'm pissed for Orlando fans.

I'm pretty excited about the lineup of WB, VO, Roberson, KD and Adams come playoff time. Well, as long as he stays.......

Seriously WTF is Orlando thinking? It may not be as good for the Thunder as I think but it does them zero good. Ibaka on a team where he's a focus? LOLZ.

**** I would have done that even with Dunn on the board.

Then again, the Wolves are super tight. It'd be like breaking up the Royals a few years ago. I recognize that they value continued progress over the "splash" move, and I'm good with that

Fun times ahead for you.

If it was the old Ibaka, I would be more upset about this trade. Ibaka was once one of the best defensive players in the game. He used to be more physical and willing to get his hands dirty. He knew his role and rebounded, blocked shots and did what the team needed to win. Now he just seems most concerned sitting on the perimeter hoisting up threes and less focused on defense. I dont get it. He went down the wrong path, he has the tools to be a great great player.

Ibaka is frustrating because of his physical tools, but he was also key to the defense OKC was able to use to frustrate the Warriors.

This is an interesting move because it helps out OKC from a salary perspective, because they can waive Ilyasova and save $8 million next year, but Oladipo was a primary option on a bad team and still couldn't score more than 16 a game; although he's a good defender, he's not exceptional. Unless his game takes a significant leap forward, OKC probably isn't as good on paper next year, although Sabonis the Lesser is an interesting pick for the future.

Ibaka also caused a lot of turnovers on the offensive side. His defense is a but overatted because he's not a good straight up defender and teams focused on drawing him out of the paint where he was flat out terrible. He is a great shot blocker and cleaned up a lot. However, those skills are soon to be gone. He has prehaps the worst hands and BBIQ in the league. Westbrook has taken a lot of heat over the years for being selfish and a lot of that stems from not trusting Ibaka and Perkins to make simple plays. He obviously will hurt rim protection but Adams is the better interior defender and it's not close. In todays league you need to switch which Ibaka is terrible at. VO improves perimeter D and passing. Those are things the Thunder need. I think there still maybe moves left. It makes the Thunder a different team and I don't know for sure if that will be better, worse or in different. The fact is Ibaka had 1-year left, will get overpaid, and won't be worth his next contract. They will need money for Adams and Westbrook. Of course none of it matters if Durant leaves. I would say I hate the deal for Orlando more than I love it for the Thunder. It had to be done and I'm more than happy with what they got considering. Ibaka will dissapear on a team where he's a focus. Just terrible for a young team like that.

Saw a pic of one of the draft choices on stage. Who is the concentration camp victim the NBA has up on the stage?

we could be close to an 8th spot this year if we sign some solid vet at the 4 and 5 *looking at Al Horford*. I think Walton will know how to use Russell properly.. looking for big things for the double double machine that is Randle *bad vision so far* Clarkson should be re-signed and hopefully works on his defensive game.

20 minutes from Free Agency.
