Otis, the dad, is whatever you want him to be. When it's time to play, swim, etc. he's ready to go and will play all day. When it's time to watch tv and relax, he's ready to do that. When it's time to sleep off the night before until noon, he's ready to do that.

It's fleet week here in Baltimore. The Blue Angels are practicing for this weekend's show and buzzing the city non-stop. Really surprised Regen isn't going crazy. She usually hates loud noises.
