When your defense can't get to the QB or can't cover the WRs it's pretty hard for crowd to make a difference.

I know there have been instances where the crowd makes a difference from time to time with the Chiefs, but let's be honest - Arrowhead hasn't been an "intimidating" place to play since the 90's with Marty. They sure do like to fluff that myth up, though.

I remember losschief squawking about how kc was going to beat the Broncos when Berry returned from cancer, the crowd and the emotion was going to push kc over the edge. They lost on a last second fumble. Now kc fans want Berry gone so they don't have to pay him.

Today Houston came back against the lowly TB Bucs and another late loss. Hardly any noise from the home crowd late.
