From what I have seen during my time in the athletic department this year, Bill is very down to Earth, but all business when the lights are on. Jerrance Howard OTOH is completely the opposite. It'll be 2 hours before gametime and he'll casually stroll through the offices making conversation with anyone and everyone he can. Howard's an awesome dude. You won't see Bill outside closed doors, ever.
