I think the decision to bench Peters is a touchy subject from a political level that may not have been the smartest thing to do.

Reid is in a tough spot trying to regather his locker room, I don't envy his position at all.

It does look really bad...**** you can point out even a guy like Danny Duffy as an example of how he's done worse shit than Peters but all is forgiven there, meanwhile Peters is hated by the fans.

Yes, lots of no-shows. Most tix are sold, BUT there is a pretty large dollar value on the unsold tickets. 3 games. 37.5% of regular season home games.

I figured Peters didn't want to play Oakland anyway


If he wins, KC fans are "happy" for a week, but his hometown will hate him for stopping the raiders from making the playoffs

If he loses, KC fans are KC fans and talk mad shit, but Oakland fans won't be mad at him so he is good at home still

It's a no win situation for Peters really
