Seeing this thread reminds me of something that just pisses me off.

You know how tired I am of seeing a picture of David Amerson wearing a Chiefs uniform on any article that talks about him being brought in for a visit?

Goddammit, he was a ****ing Raider for like 4 years. And sucked so badly he didn't even make it out of camp as a Chief. Don't you go sullying our good name by attaching it to that ass clown.

I'm a genuine fan of Mr Blowfish, but I stand by any remarks made in this thread

You can dislike the player without needlessly needling his mother, she was always classy in her responses and was also career military... thats plenty enough to earn a measure of respect from me

Nobody was mean to her. They said, "Your son isn't a good football player. He was bad for this team." That's all.

I'm not going to suck that lady's dick for being nice and then give backhanded compliments to her face about her shitty-at-football son. Surely she can respect that (and did as much) when she acknowledged that it didn't work out for him in KC.

Shit Stain Gaines is a paid professional athlete... if the person who claimed to be his mother (a relationship that evolved from said person initially identifying themselves as a “friend of the family”) is offended then she should probably not read message boards when her supposed son is playing like shit.
