The only MCU character who holds a candle to Indy is Iron Man, and the sequels were mediocre at best.
This is an argument for quality over quantity. |
This is like watching a horse race.

Iron Man 3 makes Doom look like The Godfather. |

Here's the problem, as I previously posted. I'll give you the original Raiders as the best of the lot -- though honestly Infinity War/Endgame is going to end that most likely, given the initial reviews -- but then I'll match your Indy III with Ragnarok and from there it's all downhill for you. No movie in the MCU is as bad as 4. Temple MIGHT beat a movie or two -- Iron Man 3 being the lead candidate, but then the MCU has like 14 other movies or whatever left. You might have Wilt Chamberlain, but I've got ****ing Bill Russell and a ****ton of other guys who trounce your guys. I'm winning this thing. |
That's not fair, though. MCU gets more shots at the dartboard.
Percentage wise, Indy wins. |

Better series, in total, is all it is. Look, I LOVE the Indiana Jones series, but if you're telling me i can take ONE movie series to a desolate island where all I'll have for entertainment are those DVDs, then it's not even close. Maybe Indy 1 is better than any of them, but I've got near-the-same quality and WAAAY more very high level quantity. Hell, I like Godfather 1 better than Raiders and 2 probably about as much as Indy III, but I'd put the MCU ahead of them also. Sorry Wilt... |
MCU movies all have the same plotline though.
Booooring. |
