I disagree with that assessment.

He’s got great ball skills, instincts, and has the versatility to line up anywhere This is truly a great pick.

Yeah, it’s not that I’m down on him... just not overwhelmed is all

It’s nice that he can play some corner though, versatility never goes out of style

After Watts last year and Thornhill this year, I think Veach has a very good eye for playmaking safeties.

That's what I see. Great instincts with excellent thumping effect in both defending the pass and especially the run game.

He looks like he has great football instincts and a nose for the ball. You can't coach that. The exact opposite of the secondary players we have had on the roster with zero football awareness.

Hard to watch his highlights and not be excited. Looks like the total package.

Reminds me of Deron Cherry.
