Yeah, I have a lot of hate.
Well said, I feel like I have to Stan for Baker - **** that dude. But it is mind boggling the way he was treated.

Heh. I have to admit, a lot of my hatred dissipated after we finally won the Super Bowl. We were so perpetually snakebit, either by bad luck or bent officiating or the mindnumbingly horrible ****ing acts of one guy (Eliot, Baker kicking off out of bounds against the Raiders, Dee Ford) that I honestly believed that we'd never win another Super Bowl in my lifetime; hell, for that matter, win another playoff game period. That's all much gone now.
I hated the Colts nearly as much as Denver - those bastards knocked us out of the playoffs year after year, and outside of one time we truly had the better team. It was just maddening. Even more than actually winning the Super Bowl, finally returning the favor and bouncing them was my most enjoyable playoff win. I was a nervous wreck during the entire game - just kept waiting for the inevitable heartbreaking collapse. But thanks to Pat it finally didn't happen.
Still, a couple of things are missing - we've never knocked Denver out of the playoffs. They've been doormats during the entirety of the Mahomes era. Perhaps this is the year to finally avenge the '97 team. And we've never beaten that unholy cheating ****wad Brady in a playoff game. That still needs to happen, although that one's a longshot given his age and the fact that we'd have to meet in the Super Bowl again. Oh well.
