It's the NFL refs calling it inconsistently because there will never be a clear enough definition. First, you don't want all the weight of the defender coming down on the QB. Then you don't want the QB hit high. Then you don't want the QB hit low. That leaves... body slam. Now you don't want that. Get the **** out of here. Play ****ing football or don't.

They may as well just make the rules where a defender gets two hands on them and it's a sack. Not a touch but grabs him. No tackle needed and he can't throw it away.
