Anyone ever heard of Denny Matthews "Hi Anybody" story? Talking about the Royals who were out of it late in the season playing a late season game on the west coast and the fact that no one was listening back home. Was one of my favorite Denny stories.

THAT was fun. We just got back from the game.

We were there during BP. Elliot Johnson gave my daughter a baseball, and Shields was really the only one signing autographs. Well, also Rusty Kuntz. My son says "Dad, should we get Kuntz?" LMAO

It was just a blast, and a legitimate ass kicking. I have no idea why the Angels pitched to Butler with 1st base open and two out, and why they pitched to Salvy with an empty base and two outs. Glad they did, though.

Getz needs to GTFO. It's time to call up Gio or play Johnson full time. Wow, he is worthless. Hosmer needs to pull the ball. Even in BP, he's just spraying to left field.

And Dyson needs to be playing everyday until we bring in a legit RF. His speed is awesome, and he's hitting pretty well right now.

We had to leave early. My little one was done, and it's a school night. With a 2 hour drive, we split. But man, we left in victory and that felt good.
