There was talk of another show in the same universe. It allows the show to not have it mostly mirror the comic from my understanding.

The Walking Dead companion show will start shooting in 2015 and will be set in Los Angeles as well be in the same universe set around the same time or a diff time as the current show.

This would be my preference.

TWDII could air during the TWD mid season break, then have a break while TWD airs the second half of the season, then back on after TWD season ends.

Have it air the same day/time slot as TWD...

One of the downsides of the show as compared to the comic is, in the show once someone loses a limb you know their days are probably numbered.

This show has just become too slow. And I just hate scenes in pretty much any show where dead characters come back to speak in hallucinations.
There's seldom a real point to it. I think it is just a cheap gimmick used to fill time.

There was a lot going on, but it was all overshadowed by Tyrice being bit and dying. I too hope they explain what the hell happened at that place...Noah's brothers still around, but a dead body on the bed, body parts all over the place, houses burnt out...something big happened there and I bet it's going to be a big part of the future, at least for this season.

Noah's house looked like a murder-suicide where the dad couldn't bring himself to kill the brother. :shrug:
