I like the Drake move. He’s a borderline starter (4.5/per in his career for middling teams) and Jacobs is on his rookie deal the next 2 years as it is

pugsnotdrugs19 03-18-2021 12:45 PM

What on Earth LMAO

4th place this year for the Faid.

They went out and spent that money on a RB with no offensive line and now they’re demanding Mariota take a pay cut or they’ll cut him.

Hmmm....I wonder which option he picks.

Nah.....can’t be.

If they wanted another receiver like that at TE2, then why haven’t they once gone after a guy like that in Reid’s tenure? Even Harris, who was a great athlete, was used more as a blocker than anything.

Good ****ing god you’re absolutely clueless.

It's so funny how you guys try to make Reid out to be this coach who can't call plays to his players strengths. If he had a TE2 that could take advantage of matchups and take advantage of Kelce and Hill being doubled, and was a monster in the redzone, you don't think he'd make sure he gave that guy a lot more targets than he gave Nick ****ing Keizer and Yelder? Sure boss.

Even Harris got 35 targets one year. You don't think Cook in this offense would get 45+.

Like I said, Reid schemes to get the best out of the players he has. If he has someone that he thinks he can use to exploit a defense he will. Thats what makes him such a great coach. He wouldn't get a player who's averaged 8 touchdowns a season the past 3 years and not know what to do with him.

JFC you’re one hard headed idiot.

If Reid wanted a guy like that, he’d obviously go after one. He hasn’t. That tells you everything you need to know.

They had a guy with a similar skill set last year that was clearly a better receiver than Keizer and Yelder and he was a healthy scratch every week. They clearly signed him to be insurance for Kelce, but since he wasn’t the blocker they look for at TE2, he never saw the field.

You still can’t grasp that this is about philosophy and scheme, even after I try to explain it to you.

They were apparently interested in trading for Ertz who is a guy like that.

But like I said, whatever. Gotta nail WR2 now.

1. Rumored interest

2. Ertz is obviously more of a traditional TE that can block a little too compared to Cook who is a big WR.

We’re in Lock step here.

He does all the little stuff Watkins does and is really good over the middle. Quick separator.

Only 24.

4/48 would be a good investment, IMO.

I'm calling Houston and offering multiple first round picks for Laremy Tunsil. Houston needs draft capital and a couple picks in the thirties would be a small price to pay to have Mahomes' blind side locked down for the foreseeable future.

Make Houston say no.

Make Houston say no.

Easily one of the worst posters on this board

Go get him now.

Clearing salary cap space for Dalton... sad.

Are you Bill O’Brien?

Fuller would be a nice get, but his last contract averaged $14 million per. He easily gets $12+ maybe on a shorter term from some teams.

Not sure the price is right.

$12 million for a 29 year old CB in a season in which the salary cap decreased?

I'd be really shocked if someone forked over that much dough for him.

Hell, Peterson got $10 million.

You are on fire this evening.

What about four firsts for David Bakhtiari?

Peterson is old balls and is better suited at safety at this point. PP was bad last season. Fuller is at worst just past his prime and has the traits of a Spags prototype outside corner.

Sassy Squatch 03-18-2021 06:28 PM
