Or throw in Cornell Powell/Montrell Washington

Lattimore is really good. I like him a lot. I wouldn’t think it would take a 3rd to get him though. If Sneed costs a 3rd, wouldn’t Lattimore’s value be a 4th or 5th???

Teams were ready to start knocking on the door, for Skyy Moore, before he went on IR.

Not really the same comparison, unless Veach gives him a new contract.

I'm not seeing a pathway forward here. He'd have to sign a new deal, he's banged up, and he'll be 29 next year. Not to mention we need to pay Trey Smith.

You don’t think he’s worth a mid-round pic as a rental to increase our odds of the three-peat? I don’t think many here are assuming we retain him. After this season, we might be headed to a mini-reset anyhow.

As always in our society, something is worth exactly what someone is willing to pay. A team maybe would be willing to overpay for his talents. Maybe by a team with a high 3rd and can take on salary.

A mini reset? Our roster is depleted with injuries worse than next season with limited injuries.

A mini reset is if we lose mahomes or Chris jones. I think we’ll still compete without Kelce

Maybe on the field but the inside the locker room. keeping the team on the same page, not allowing distractions its well know that its Mahomes/Kelce/Jones running that locker room. If we lose 1 of that tripod, will it still maintain that control? I'd say yeah, but you never know.

They sure look like they’ll be a Super Bowl team though.

I’m for it. The defense is still good enough in my opinion although a bit disorganized tonight. I don’t think we need some superstar WR it’s just math that we are thin at the position. Sky simply isn’t a backup even off IR

Maybe a free agent WR and then trade for a corner? I’m hoping we see atleast one last move before the deadline.

No reason to run up the score, just run with Hunt and eat the clock.

He means the problem is allowing 24 to the Bucs, not our offense.

And it is a problem. What’s going to happen when we face decent receivers ?

Tbh I saw Williams, Cook, Reid and even McDuffie give up chunk plays. Some were just good OC scheming imo, some lapses in concentration, but the D was off for stretches.

It’s an efficiency based offense. They have long, long drives. They are excellent situationally. They still shoulda had AT least 7 more easy points (Worthy miscue).

That was a good offensive showing last night to my eye.

Are you saying we shouldn't trust Watson? Because is seems clear to me that Mahomes trusts Watson and always has.

Yes. But honestly, to set the Bucs up for their first touchdown, the Chiefs absolutely got abused by calls. In no way should that drive had been extended it was a horrible call they should have been three and out never should have scored on that drive. That's a big deal. That was one of their best drives of the night.

Having said that, the Bucs drive to tie the game at 24 was disappointing. But, like I said, it never should have come into play.

O.city 11-05-2024 08:07 AM

Wet field....you could tell it hampered both teams.

Won and move on.

Pasta Little Brioni 11-05-2024 08:14 AM
