i'm pretty sure he bet on the broncos. only explanation i can muster.

Rain Man 12-28-2024 06:35 PM

Both of these coaches must be thinking about post-game barbecue, because their minds are not on the game.

I'm so accustomed to good coaching now that it's glaring when I see bad coaching.

suzzer99 12-28-2024 06:35 PM

Weird spot for the Bungholes after Brown's injury. I think the correct play was not score on 2nd down but try to get it an inch away, make Denver burn their last TO. Then try to score on 3rd down. If you make it, great, if not run the clock down to 45 seconds or so.

smithandrew051 12-28-2024 06:35 PM

Denver ****s up. Should’ve gone for two.

ChiefGator 12-28-2024 06:35 PM

Six years ago I NEVER would have thought I would say this .. but...

Andy could teach Taylor a MasterClass in clock management.. what a bonehead.

I would be so pissed if I was a Bengals fan.

Hammock Parties 12-28-2024 06:35 PM

How bad does Taylor look now going for 6? LMAO

Huh? Broncos call a TO after 2nd down with about 1:30 left and then Bengals run a play on 3rd down to get it to around :45 when the FG is kicked.

BlackOp 12-28-2024 06:36 PM

Bengals should have won this by double digits...

That clock management was "special"...some of the worst I've seen recently.

This game should be over..

suzzer99 12-28-2024 06:36 PM

A tie is as good as a win for the Broncos. So going for 2 didn't make sense.

Again this is just wrong. After the second down play, assuming they kneel, there’s 1:30 on the clock and Denver calls a timeout. Now it’s third down and if they kneel again for the field goal attempt, there’s about 45 seconds when the Bengals kick the ball.

mililo4cpa 12-28-2024 06:36 PM

Very entertaining game!

Red Dawg 12-28-2024 06:36 PM

Bengals arrogance is stupid. They could have ran the clock down and kicked a very short FG and won. But no. That's not enough for them. Gotta have style.

DrunkBassGuitar 12-28-2024 06:36 PM

A tie would be extremely lmao

St. Patty's Fire 12-28-2024 06:36 PM

not only do the broncos not come close to tying if taylor manages the clock properly, but the only reason this even happened is because brown got hurt and saved the broncos their TO

if they even had the 1:30 with no timeouts this game is over

truly the makings of an all time bungle. let's see if burrow can save their ass here in OT. i have a feeling he won't

But it goes back further than that.. having your RB run out of bounds, when you should be telling everyone to burn the clock. Then an incompletion. All this BEFORE the Chase catch.

Eh, going for one guarantees overtime, which has a 50 percent chance of losing. Probably more since Denver has the weaker quarterback.

1:39 left and they run 10 seconds off the clock then score. I called it, figured they would score too soon. Taylor should be fired for that. Hope he isn't.

DrunkBassGuitar 12-28-2024 06:38 PM

This is the right time for a classic burrow turnover

Rain Man 12-28-2024 06:39 PM

Regardless of the outcome, it's nice to see the broncos have an overtime game before playing the Chiefs. So I'm happy.

Well yes, which people said in real time either the two sideline passes, but after that failure they still kick with 5 seconds on the clock if not for the Brown injury. Both times Brown touched the ball he was a huge negative.

RaidersOftheCellar 12-28-2024 06:40 PM

Imagine if Denver loses this and then somehow loses to KC's backups. The fans will off themselves. LMAO

Burrow choke job.

EPodolak 12-28-2024 06:41 PM

Burrow basically sacks himself.

Red Dawg 12-28-2024 06:41 PM

Yes! Burrow choking. Never compare him to Mahomes again. He ain't

Maybe more like a 45% chance of losing and a 10% chance of a tie, which would be like 55/45 chance of winning.

Hammock Parties 12-28-2024 06:42 PM

heh heh

burrow is anti-clutch

MarkDavis'Haircut 12-28-2024 06:42 PM

A tie would be hilarious.

Rain Man 12-28-2024 06:42 PM

A Nix Pix Six would be fun here, but I'd rather see them eliminate the orange people.

First punt?

Burrow really is a choke artist. He should never be mentioned in the same sentence w/ Mahomes.

ljmhawk 12-28-2024 06:43 PM

Does a tie also eliminate cincy?

You need 6 yards, not 60.

Ok you’re right, still dumb but not the dumbest move I’ve ever seen. I think the Brown injury timeout messed me up.

It would be even funnier if our 4th string group beats Denver.

I can't stand either team. It sucks we may end up helping one of them.

irafreak 12-28-2024 06:49 PM
