I wish we could have kept David Irving. Sometimes guys get sniped and I don't think he was ready for the 53, but man

Nunez-Roches has been a big surprise at camp, so I think we might not regret Irving. We'll have to see.

Agreed. I think Roches and Williams are both very solid depth guys, but Irving and Jones would've been a ridiculous duo for the future.

Shit happens though. Like you said, probably wasn't ready for the 53. This is what happens when you have a great roster with good depth. That's how we got Parker, Howard, and Ware from the Hawks.

That's disappointing.

I was hoping the guy would assert himself and fight his way back to the player he was the first 2 years of his career.

Oh well.

I'm a big fan of his and was super excited when we got him and was a sad panda when we couldn't keep him...but that's gonna happen when the roster keeps stockpiling talent like it has.

We are going to lose 5 or more players this offseason that will play for other teams.

I'll be at camp tomorrow, can't wait to talk to Mitch and hopefully can get some words in with Dorsey.

Hopefully. Irving just appears to have an unlimited ceiling. With all the ready talent we have at DL, he could have just polished up along the way. Oh well.
