Don't you have to have a low T diagnosis to get that stuff, Aspengc8?

Bigdaddy, CYP? And yea, that sounds great being in that range. I've never had my T tested but I might do that this summer just to see.

Anyway, feel free to take this to PM if anyone wants to share some info that they don't feel like sharing publicly.

Test Cypionate. It's what is commonly used in regards to TRT because of the longer Ester compared to Prop.

214.8 this morning with just a t-shirt and light pants.

That's up from 176 from approximately a year ago. (Which I dropped in five weeks from 226 due to switching to a vegan diet and a severe case of the flu which progressed into minor pneumonia. It was a rough month from a dietary perspective to say the least.)

That's basically a 40 lb. gain in a year on a vegan diet, working on my feet for no less than eight hours a day and now going to the gym for the last month (after a four year layoff).

I'm pretty jacked about the gain. In fact, I'm going power lifting sets/exercises this week to celebrate. Just got finished with a benchfest tonight.

20 minutes on the elliptical.

Standard width bench:
1 warmup set light
1 warmup set medium
5 sets of 5 reps

Wide grip bench:
3 sets x 10 reps

Narrow grip bench:
3 sets x 10 reps

Bench 21's - 2 1/2 sets
(Couldn't finish that last third set.)

Supersetted the bench with Standing straight bar curls, seated dumbbell curls and bar preacher curls.

40lbs in a year is a lot. Shit, 20lbs of muscle in 1 year is extremely hard to do for a natty.

Beginning to think he's trolling the fitness threads after his comments about kettlebells in Direkshun's thread.

I pretty much stopped paying attention after he talked about wanting to get huge, and then acting interested in crossfit.
