I'd probably let Vargas pitch to Panik, then get Frasor for the next three RHBs. No need to give the Giants a platoon advantage by bringing in Frasor right away, or Duffy to face at least two righties.

In this case I agree. Normally I'd be on board with the "let him start and pull on the first baserunner" plan, but Vargas has looked mediocre tonight, and this is the 3rd time through the scary portion of the lineup.
