Difference between this tanking and previous tanking is that this is expected by the organization. Previously it was not expected by the organization and DM thought we were playoff contenders.

The Royals have never once conveyed they are tanking on purpose though...the A's have.

Also tanking while asking for a stadium is kinda idiotic.
