Ok then, its just an "L", move on.

If it is so damn important this game be played is should have been played this week.

this. 100% this.
there's no other logical viewpoint.

trying to have it both ways is a bad mistake... they needed tonplaybthis gMe today or tomorrow at the very latest. not doing so is idiotic

man.. you're filled with them on this issue

demanding the game get played Wednesday or even Thursday at the latest was not 'within 24 hours'

why can't you admit this a huge mistake? you cN absolutely care for damar, postpone the game AND give them the option to play Wednesday/Thurs let them decide. if they can't, its ok but they gotta forfeit.

not rocket surgery

I don't think anything was a huge mistake. I wish they would've played the game today - that would've been a wonderful outcome. But I also understand that if every member of the Bills organization gets back in their beds in Buffalo at 2am on Tuesday, the idea that they'd be able to quickly make a decision at some point later on Tuesday about their ability to turn around and fly back to Cincy to play a football game the next day just might be a lot to ask. It's not like the coach just makes that decision unilaterally. You need to talk it through with the players, coaches, etc. I'm sure some of the players spent the day talking through the events with counselors provided by the team. And all of that without having a sense of the guy's medical status.

If you told me they were offered to play the game on, say, Saturday or Sunday, I'd be in agreement with all of you. But being upset by the fact that the game isn't being played today? That's what I find ridiculous.

If true then forfeit and don't complain when we have the 1 seed, else, go play the game.

Danguardace 01-04-2023 09:44 AM

The more I think about it the more I feel this game just wont get Played, During the Covid season the NFL (although the schedule came out unscathed) were prepared to have teams play uneven amounts of games with player safety and well being coming first. I feel they will fall back on that logic in this scenario.

Find that source for us please.

If only we could all be as virtuous as Twisted!

So stunning and brave!

Every single one who sucks the penis that is using this situation to show everybody how morally superior they are is pathetic.

Back to what I was saying...

Bill Fan - "OmG How can Chiefs fans have no compassion for Damar! all they care about is the one seed"

ALSO BILLS FANS - "CHANGE ALL THE ****ING RULES AND MAKE NEW ONES SO WE CAN THROW WHOLE SCHEDULE OFF SO WE CAN GET 1 SEED!!!!"

That’s where I am at. They want to be rewarded because of an injury. It sucks and everyone is hoping and praying that he makes a full recovery, but the Bills should not be rewarded for it. They need to earn it and refusing to play after Monday and still being rewarded for it is ridiculous.

Yep, if this is true, they take the L, and everybody get ready for this weekend.

Settle it in the Thunder Dome, two teams enter, one team leaves...

Yes. I hope our fanbase doesn't come out being jerks about it, whatever happens. I can't imagine we would, but there are always a few exceptions. At this point if they just simply cancel the game and go from there, who cares?

I'm gonna leave twitter as twitter because that place is toxic...

But yea, from what I've seen from your fanbase online I've lost complete respect.

I enjoyed the match ups because your team is incredibly talented, I'm one of the few Bills fans who would take Mahomes over Allen, even though I'm grateful to have him given what the Bills have been.

But yea, complete and total lack of class

I think the Bills should offer to forfeit. But all you talking about players and people virtue signaling, I saw one of you say the Bills are trying to use it to their advantage?

You seem solid, but a far more sizeable segment of your fanbase than i feel comfortable with is total trash.

And this is coming from someone who has to deal with Boston sports fans on the regular. You guys have totally beat them in a race to the bottom.

It's so weird how a little bit of winning can totally change fans.

But yea, killed any interest in me ever going to arrowhead or that city.

And if you're not a dick, idk why you'd take offense. But you can see the comments. You guys have been awful, and quite honestly, it's not your team's place to have any involvement in this.

I imagine you guys will end up with home field again. But it's so overstated for you guys. Mahomes can play anywhere, and you guys have shown you can lose at home. Arrowhead is not a fortress lol.

Bills fans can be trash as well. I'm not a fan of their antics on Twitter, I hate the mafia crap. Could you imagine if they called themselves the crips because they wear blue? But somehow the mafia is OK when they were legit killing people and blowing up restaurants in the city in the 80s.

Anyways flame away if you like. Couldn't care less what most of you think given the lack of respect towards life. Like you don't miss any dead people? Never lost someone tragically early? It doesn't make me emotional but it takes me back to a place where I'm sure those guys are still shedding tears from time to time.

That shit will **** with you.

What are these advantages you speak of?

Giving all the AFC teams other than Cincy and Buffalo a free bye week while NFC still plays.

Then you have the two AFC teams playing the week before the SB while the NFC team has a bye week.

Superbowl ends up with the AFC on 1 week rest and the NFC with two weeks rest.

They wouldn't be awarded the 1 seed because of injury, they would be awarded it because the Bills decided not to play the game in a timely manner.

Its on them 100%.

And on that note it makes me think the leadership on that team must be complete garbage.

Holy shit that's embarrassing. We have created the most coddled and self victimized generation in history.

I think they know they were likely to take an L anyway. What if they were playing Arizona? If you're telling me that they wouldn't find a way to complete that game, I think you're lying.

again, you're cherry picking. I said by tomorrow evening. as did a lot of people over the last few days. first you try and claim.24 hours. then claim I said Wednesday. read what I said. I said by tomorrow. as did a lot of people.

Industry standard is typically 3 days.

But that's because that's about how long it takes to make funeral arrangements and hold the services after someone has passed away.

Hamlin ain't dead here, fellas. And Josh Allen ain't out there picking out caskets with his family.

It's not even remotely comparable to the present situation.
