I rarely ever do bicep specific workouts. Oddly enough, my biceps are one of the most impressive parts of my physique.

Was reviewing the "things people do that annoy" you thread.
Here's one and fix it if it's you. The need to stand between the benches, or directly in front of the dumbbell racks because you think you need to see the ****ing mirror to do your curls. Seriously, you don't need the mirror to do a ****ing curl so get the **** out of the way for others needing the benches or the weights. |
