He could 3 innings with that pitch count.

7 pitches. This could end up being just slightly more than a normal night for Davis.

teedubya 10-12-2015 02:53 PM

Oh, except TEX. He can eat a bag of dicks.

Gotta admit: the thing I respect most about the Royal is their resiliency. Royals vs O's series last year, I'd think we'd land a haymaker, and it was always countered by the Royals. They're NEVER put away until the last out has occurred.

Now, if only that resiliency could make its way across the parking lot, we'd be in business.

Yep. I tried to tell all the Royals fans who QUIT on the team last inning. Most of which have changed their tune now. ROFL

Yep. Idiotic baseball fan base on this board. We lost a series and deserved to lose. That simple. We got outplayed. I'm mad about Davis only pitching 1 inning but it ends there. Other than that, we simply lost to the better team in that series. Kudos to Houston

WTF.

Ready for Wednesday to go back at it.

And that's how you answer - what a shut down inning.

The Astros bullpen ****ing sucks, but somehow the Royals just remembered how to take quality ABs all of the sudden. The number of pitches they fought off that inning was staggering.
