Matt Barkley says he's 100 percent on track for March 27 pro day. Will do no drills at the combine.

So is it March 22nd or March 27th?

Really hoping his shoulder is healthy and they don't hold this against him (not throwing etc here at the combine). Dude is probably the most charismatic, intelligent QB in the draft.


He checks out physically, should be in talks for #1.

Already scheduled Geno and EJ though, but it's probably not a big deal. I expect them to talk to everyone.

USC moved it 27 for Barkley.

I agree, I think Barkley should be given more talk for the #1 pick than he's been getting. He had an outstanding junior year. The other day DJ brought up a game from his junior year vs Stanford that i remember fairly well. He went toe to toe with Luck and was clutch. I came away impressed.

I don't have a first overall grade on him, but no one should be ruling Matt Barkley out early. He'll dominate interviews and film sessions.

That's what I thought. But that other tweet said March 22nd.

Barkley really should have probably came out last year, but I get going back. He's just been nitpicked to death, which is probably unfair.
