http://fortitudeinfo.files.wordpress...927-224401.jpg As stated, I like their look body wise. Didn't know anything about Crossfit, thought I'd ask, so there you go. Sorry if I've offended you in terms of thinking that this body type was regularly achievable via Crossfit training. Apparently, you feel that this is not the case and I should be castigated for thinking such a thing. |

So what's your point? |
1) None of those guys are natural. They're all on something.
2) They don't actually *do* Crossfit to compete in the Crossfit games (meaning they don't just do whatever the Crossfit WoD is and then the next day go compete in the Crossfit Open). |

I figured someone around here was doing it, has done it. And I didn't think that they looked like they are juicing. Just some dudes who work out a lot. They aren't that overly large. This one...maybe: https://www.t-nation.com/img/photos/...-811-04/01.jpg |
A little off topic, but I don't understand how the hell people are vegan. It's boring and you can't eat anything good...at all.

I've had as much or more fun cooking for a vegan menu than I ever did with your standard proteins. Boring and not good have never been a problem since I switched over. |
I'd agree that eating vegan doesn't have to be boring. But it's expensive to not be boring.
And no matter how good you can cook, nothing will ever beat a steak. |
