While I am in awe of a crazy storm as much as anyone I cant help but think douchebag when watching this and listening to this guy.

so is anything suppose to come of the scattered storms in central KS? Nobody seems to be talking about those. Are they suppose to make it here [KC]?

I think our chances are pretty much done for the bad stuff in KC. We may have some more storms, but nothing severe.

Still some tornado warnings popping up near Kirksville in northern MO, but it seems done in the KC area.

Lost power here in Independence for almost 3 hours. Trees and limbs down, my street is blocked by a tree laying across the street. Big time wind front. Rained like hell for about 20 minutes, then everything calmed down. Big mess to clean up tomorrow. My house and yard seems to be OK. Grateful for that. The guy across the street from me has two trees down. One split pretty much in half.

Tornado warning near Sedalia. I believe it is to the north of Sedalia and south of I-70, and west of US 65.

I swear, every year I went to school at CMSU, there was a trailer park just northwest of Sedalia that got hit by a tornado.

Every frickin' year.

Yet, people kept moving back in there saying, it'll never happen again.
