Oh, you cut me to the quick. Yes, I'm big. I have a low carb breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a lean steak, chop, chicken breast or fish for dinner and some vegetables. I lift weights regularly, and I know my muscle mass to body fat ratio is steadily improving, but I'm kind of stuck around 278. My waist has gone down a couple of inches, and my tone has significantly improved, but dad gum it, I'm just kind kind of in a rut.
But enough about me.... we're all dying to know, did the gerbil get out safe?
