Then you'll be leaving then?

See, a decent discussion was just getting going and then you had to jump in with your insults of people who disagree with you

Perhaps you have an al-anon meeting to go torment or something. People here would like to discuss football without your trying to overcompensate for your own failures attempts at bullying people out of here.

...Coming from the person that just says "Scott Pioli yadda yadda" that means alot...

Anyone and I mean anyone that thinks you take a right tackle with a top 5 pick is a moron there is no way around that.

I'd want my OT to put it up 30x.

hey for us i thought wood at center looked pretty good
(atheletically speaking) a little weird with that curly hair rumprangerish

Here's what I will say...the number of reps you can do has more to do with endurance than it does the actual strength of a player. Training to rep 225 is something I doubt any lineman does during a season those guys are going for max numbers more than they are the high number of reps. For those guys I'd be more concerned with their maxes are than their reps are, you rep for tone you max for strength.

Also guys with really long arms have a harder time repping.

He definitely got in the conversation with Unger and Mack I think for "top of the class" if the combine is telling (and I believe it is). Surprisingly athletic for his size at center....and I like that his experience comes from Louisville if we're looking for a more hi-octane O...he may be very well suited to fit Haley & Co.

And I've been praying we get one of these Centers...so I'm very happy to see a third guy come up strong.

First off. I don't say that

Second, I haven't made my this is my definate selection.

Thirdly, again who the **** are you to police whose opinions are to be heard.

Fourth, anyone who says drew bledsoe is the model of what you would hope a franchise qb to be shows that although you talk like you know shit, you really don't know shit

You never did answer my earlier response to you about the 90's chiefs verses the supposed great accomplishments of drew bledsoe. You run to google and spout stats but bledsoe got to that.sb on the backs of his defense. And you can't say the chiefs didn't win shit in the 90's but you want a bledsoe type who won the same amount of playoff games as the 90's chiefs and tell me you have any clue what you are talking about

You're just a blowhard. Or at least you just act like one. If you know so much why don't you be secure enough to allow others to partipate?

Drew Bledsoe must have sodomized this guy that's all I can think.

I'm not a meathead, or a pro athlete, but I'm no stranger to the weightroom either...and I agree. Heavy lifting and explosives are how you get strong, but I think the stamina may tell more. An OT is physically involved in every offensive play...

But that's just in my eye, the maximum physical ability is important, but the endurance of that strength is what I'd like to know. I'm not that into watching 2 quarters of Chiefs football, only to see the second half wain. I'd much prefer a team that ran you over in the 4th as hard as they did in the 2nd - dominate the fourth!

No one said Bledsoe is "the model of what you hope a franchise QB to be."

That would be unbelievably stupid. The model is Elway. Perhaps P. Manning. Two of the greatest QB's ever to play.

So let's try to be intellectually honest about what has been said.

Regarding Bledsoe, the guy was very good early in his career. Forget Pro Bowls. Not a lot of shitty players are two time All Pros.

He might not be "the model" or even close to "the model," but he sure as hell wasn't shit, either.

ROFL

Oh, I see. Zombie vs. Mr. Mecca in a fight to the finish!!!

I haven't read up on this thread (to be honest, I'm kinda scared to). Has our brain-dead buddy with the rotting flesh actually said who he thinks would be a good choice with our #3 pick, yet? Or, is it just "You suck. Trust Pioli, he knows more than you ever will."?

Well, then you are calling mecca unelievably stupid because he said that. When describing the sainted sanchez the terms big and strong armed were used. I compared that to what they used to say about bledsoe and mecca said hed be happy to be able to get a qb as good as bledsoe with the third pick since the words franchise qb are being used to describe stafford and sanchez and the need out of any qb the chiefs may draft to be a "franchise qb" then mecca feels bledsoe fits this model

The draft is "his thing". Then he's got the nerve to call others morons.
