And I'll tell you what, I don't give a rat's ass about the money they are paying Cassel. I actually think this team did make some improvements and could be capable of winning 7 or games with a real QB. But with Cassel, I think 5 wins is the max. He sucks, and as long as he is the QB for this team, this team will continue to suck, and I will continue to bitch. So, get over it. |

Lets make a bet? IF the Chiefs win 6 games or more, you take a 1/2 a year off from posting on CP, if they win 5 or less. I will take a 1/2 year ban from CP... What you think? Edit, need to make the bet fair. |

I also don't know what might happen as in the next couple of weeks to improve other areas of weakness to alter how I feel about that 5 win prediction. I also do have a bet with pawnmower already regarding Cassel's performance. |

:toast: I will go and make that bet with one of the other Casselbashers.... |
Six is the threshold of some type of success?
Winning record vs. losing record? 8-8 = push. And I'm not advocating this type of bet, by the way. These things never seem to go well and end up making all involved look foolish in some manner. |

I agree. BUT... every other single area of the football team is going to have to play a near flawless game each and every time for that to happen. And then, we might win 17-14 or so, as it appears we can only expect the offense to mount 1 to 2 drives a game that have any real chance of putting the ball in the endzone. And, it may take a short field for that to happen. Haley apparently agrees too, as I saw in a press conference where he said it may be "ugly" wins when we win. |
