Do you see me saying it would be a surprise?

We just got done witnessing an 85-yard passing performance and the Chiefs are 28th in passing. Cassel has 10 TDs in 9 games, with 4 coming in one game.

If Palko throws for 200 yards a game we will have a full blown QB controversy on our hands.

Hell, the only reason the Chiefs aren't dead last in passing is because of Tim Tebow and Blaine Gabbert.

Between Cassel and Palko? ROFL

No freaking way, cut those ****ing losers, Draft a franchise QB and play him. Stanzi plays as a backup.

Where did I say that?

I said the meltdown here would be epic and it would be a great opportunity for CP to cash in on some easy money.

The fact that this place would have a meltdown is sad. People let this sort of thing have way too much impact on their lives.

The difference is that Cassel has more pure ability. Cassel has a better arm. The problem with Cassel isn't talent, it is mechanics and ability to handle pressure.

Coaching should help both of those things. Which is why he has looked like a decent QB under McDaniels and Weis.... Under Haley as OC? Notsomuch. Sorry, I know that THIS year we have Muir as our "OC", I just don't think he actually is the OC. I think he is just Todd Haley's surrogate.

It will be an interesting game to watch. I am anxious to see what Palko has.

I am more anxious to see who the Chiefs hire as their next coach.

and you call yourself sensible?

Unless he's gotten a lot better at reading defenses with all his sideline experience, prepare to see a lot of stupid ints.

Remember how everyone was getting high on Palko in the preseason and then we played Green Bay? Palko wilted horribly and everyone was saying they never wanted to see him again.

Now we have all these posters thinking something will change.

Whats the definition of insanity again?

Unless he's the biggest NFL misjudgement since Johnny Unitas, that's not exactly a sparkling resume. At this point I'm just happy to see someone besides Check Down in there, even if he loses the next five games.

Being a Chiefs fan?

I hope the guy runs with the opportunity. He'll never get it again. It's his time to shine. Now or nothing, Tyler.

I'm rooting for him. It's time for a dream to come true.
