Raw numbers mean nothing - 12 drops is high for 12 attempts but meaningless for 1200. You need to look at percentages. That said, he's not on this list. Nor is he on this list for the year before. As in the second article, you can see he is indeed on the 2008-2010 total list... along with Owens, Moss, Garcon, Colston, and Marshall. Add in who's throwing to him and its clear he's pretty damned phenomenal.

It's happened before ... a player gets tag but doesn't sign the tag until a new contract is worked out. If the Chiefs work out a trade then the new team can work out a long term contract with Bowe. Then Bowe gets signed/traded.
