nope, tragic and difficult events pull people together...that's never a coincidence.

it was a well played game by both teams..and either team couldv'e won...in the end it just happened to be us.

Thank you for the rational and thought out response. I agree. However, I do think the team appreciated the reprieve and it showed on the field. Again, my opinion.

pondering.
but i'll say this was the best QB play for KC since Cassel's 2010 season.

Indeed. From Brady Quinn, no less. Imagine if he'd actually pan out to his full potential. He could have been a great one. Maybe it's not too late...

not holding my breath.

**** Brady Quinn. End this insanity of hope already.

Well, could also mean the other team at 3-8 was really just as horrible too. I mean, it's not like fans have been upset and rallying behind groups like SOC for the last decade.

It was so quiet during the first moments of this game, no way anyone can say the fans fired the team up. in fact, the team played so calm & collected from start to finish, there were only rare moments they acknowledged cheers of support.

This was not a "emotionally fueled win". It was just the opposite. The Chiefs played their best game since Haley was fired. Fundamentally dismantled the Cats.

But there wasn't booing or heckling, right?

there was only a handful of fans present when they came from the tunnel.

Did you watch this game? The Chiefs consistently hammered their opponent yesterday.
