Geno not worth the pick even though multiple teams want to trade up for him...

You'll go by M@nue/ at the end of the draft.

Why would we cut him? We will need a backup when we take Geno.

you will need a kings ransom to get him...Chiefs will pick him at 1.1 and then let the bartering begin.

You gave a 1 and a 2 for Gabbert. No telling what you will have to give to get Geno.

I would totally take back all my negative talk if they actually draft Geno!

I don't think you understand how it works. That was to trade from 16 to 10. Much different than just swapping 1st and 2nd.

When 1st is Geno Smith and 2nd is Luke Jackoff it will cost.

I ****ing despised the Gabbert pick. So yes. There is a reason why Gene Smith is unemployed.

This line of thinking is why teams like the Chiefs are the Chiefs.

It would be less sickening/disgusting then 80% of the fan base that loves an OT. They well swoon no matter what the Chiefs do. Anything less is high treason.

I don't know that I'll swoon no matter what they do, but I am willing to concede that Andy Freaking Reid probably knows more about quarterbacks than fans. Considering the moves Reid has made at the start of free agency (how long have we wanted the Chiefs to make moves at the START of free agency?!), I am willing to give him some fudging credit, for the love of fudge.

Pasta Little Brioni 03-19-2013 11:40 AM

Same was said about Scooter.

But he apparently doesn't know a whole lot about the offensive line considering he seems bent on turning our line into the crap fest that was Philly's o-line.
