Their watchespn-ESPN3(360) whatever bullcrap pull they did last year doesn't really give me any reason to watch in the future either. i loved those resources for college football game day. I really could get behind a station where I could stream coverage ala HULU or Netflix fairly frequently. It's a dying business that has is become phased out in their usefulness.
I cut the cord about 2 years ago and the only thing that made it difficult was sports. The online resources are huge to me, and if they get pulled in the future I'll just keep watching at bars and with friends. |
I can't respect anyone who doesn't like Colin Cowherd. He has the best, most engaging sports radio show on the radio. His takes are fantastic and the run he went on during football season with his Blazing 5 every Friday was unbelievable. The dude is fantastic. He's the best ESPN has to offer.

oh boy ... old cranky white dude and pompous black dude sitting across from each other having fake arguments about stuff.

I actually like Cowherd, but I'll take DP over him every day.
What ESPN needs to do is get local, not national. |
I watch ESPN if there is a game I want to see on and for nothing else.
I don't care what a personality thinks about sports news or how to interpret it. I can do that myself. Don't even watch SportsCenter anymore. Don't need to be entertained ESPN. |

Layoffs, Layoffs?/Jim Mora
A 24/7 sports station with ratings dropping are having layoffs? I don't even... You are not a factory with less and less orders for product coming in. You need to fire and replace people. Layoffs? |
Good thing I just applied for a job there, eh?
|
I listen to ESPN radio nearly every day while I work. Cowherd is decent, Van Pelt and Risillo are pretty funny.
Dan Patrick is laid back and easy to listen to. I am starting to miss Jim Rome a little bit. |
