I agree. It's different for a guy like Alex Smith too, because he is drastically smaller than guys like Kaepernick, Cam and Big Ben who can take hits like that.

Since the season has ended NFL coaches and their staff have conversed through clinics with the best college defensive minds on defending the option, the pistol formation and other offensive trends.

The Chiefs are at the top of their game - They hired Chris Ault to serve as a consultant.
