He's getting off light, imo. He's getting a misdemeanor for what should be a felony for shooting a firearm inside city limits.

not like he was standing in the middle of town shooting at people though.

Doesn't matter.

Miss the deer or the bullet goes through and a kid walking down the street takes a bullet to the face...

Those who shoot animals are compensating for something...

or lack of something. Miniscule something, perhaps?

I would bet $1000 that douche has no clue how to field dress and butcher a deer. No way in hell....

That the right guy? If so he looks like a real outdoors man with his flat billed hat with the sticker still on and diamond earrings.

Couple grand worth of tattoos by 19. Yet can't feed the family......

Exactly what I was thinking. If he really needed the meat to feed his family he could've field dressed it and packed it over the fence.

I feel very bad still for the families who visited the cemetery and looked forward to seeing Ella there. The people who keep the cemetery cleaned up are volunteers. It's just such a shame to lose a little ray of happiness in an otherwise dreary place.

At least they know who did it now, and he's been punished.

Me too, whoever did it is the same guy who wont atleast try (without killing himself or someone else) to avoid a small animal in the road, but actually swerve to get it.

I have O problems with deer hunting for food, or even sport, because they do need thinned, if not they're not only a danger to people but they're a danger to themselves - diseases, starvation etc.

But to shoot something just because its there, and is easy prey, is lowlife shit, i bet the guy who did it has one of those dumbass "sack of balls" hanging from his hitch and some "I'd Rather Be Cummins Than Strokin" stickers in his back window.

It's hard to think different once you see the picture.
