Everyone knew he had first round talent. He has no injury history. Why did he go undrafted?
Are people seriously going to deflect his attitude issues at Tennessee?

I like the kid but let's not be ridiculous about what he is outside of kc. So the Chiefs are happy with bray. I'm sure that 32 teams that passed on him the entire draft have changed their opinion on his attitude because Reid made some nice comments... About a player on his own team.

The world doesn't revolve around kc. Bray could easily clear waivers just like he cleared the entire draft.

Link me to any talk of an "attitude problem". His problem is his has a 10¢ brain. Makes to many bad decisions on the football field. He also made stupid decisions OFF of the football field. Well documented. Never once heard anything about an "attitude problem".

Weaknesses

Bray has two major weaknesses that I see when I've watched him. The first is correctable, and the second is a gamble. Bray is mind-numbingly inconsistent with nearly everything he does. From footwork to reading defenses, Bray is all over the charts in terms of performance. The second weakness is his attitude.

Bray is rough around the edges of his tremendous raw talent. He knows how to set his feet properly and deliver the ball to exactly the right spot, but he doesn't do it all the time. Bray's accuracy wasn't all his receivers' fault, and I trace it mostly to bad footwork. Bray knows where to go with the football, but he'll regress and still stare down receivers. I've seen him work the pocket masterfully in some games on some plays, while in others it's as if he's got no feel at all. Bray has a great deal of talent, but a lot to work on.

What concerns me more than his inconsistencies is his attitude. He doesn't seem to have a team-first, killer attitude. His interviews make him look like an arrogant college kid that has been given a lot in his life. He doesn't come across as a leader, and his off-season issues at Tennessee underscore the point. Bray comes across as a ultra-talented kid that never really works for anything. A team wants a quarterback who is the hardest worker on the team, and someone that's a leader. Right now, that's not Tyler Bray. A team drafting Bray needs to be careful.

So he doesn't have the disposition you'd want in a QB. Got it. Other than that. I think your scout is using the wrong word. As is Chiefzilla, a bad attitude would mean he's hard to deal with and handle. Haven't seen any negativity from him or any undesirable personality traits. Apparently he's not intended enough, or doesn't take things personally enough. Whatever.

your definition of attitude is pretty narrow

Bray isn't Aaron Hernandez but that doesn't mean his attitude isn't a weakness.

immaturity and attitude issues usually go hand in hand

I'd like to see a Bray career ending injury just so people here will stop talking about him like he's ever going to be anything more than a 3rd stringer.

I would put up with a 1,000 49er Alex Smith psychos if it meant having a good QB and a real chance at a super bowl.

why wouldn't you?

Apparently you would rather be 'right' about Alex Smith than see the Chiefs win.

Not quite. When the regular season starts I expect a lot more. But CP can handle it. We'd have to combine our forces again but divide ourselves into squads to take out each individual niner troll. We could do it. Clay would be the General.

Interested in what different fronts Sutton will use for the variety of alignments that Harbaugh uses, especially given how diverse he is with personnel.

You think this game will be more than vanilla?

While I don't think you're going to see a myriad of FZ concepts, I do think you'll see a much broader range of fronts out of base personnel. Additionally, it will be interested in seeing what kind of personnel Sutton decides to utilize for certain alignments/personnel (Diamond with Regular or 2 Tites, Pistol slot with Detroit/2tites/Regular, etc. which Roman/Harbaugh uses quite frequently).

I'm curious as to what fronts Sutton will use for heavy/jumbo alignments with the various personnel groupings as well.

As far as coverages go, I'm also interested in seeing how often we use c6 out of base fronts, which was/is something commonly done by Rex.
