Yeah, some of them will be those ones where Jamaal gets the floaty pass 5 yards behind the LOS with 2 defenders sprinting at him unblocked.

We absolutely MUST have at least 5 or 6 of those bread and butter plays.

This. If we can get pressure while only rushing 4, leaves us to mix up more coverages and play press man with help over the top.

IMO Cooper should be covering Thomas and Smith should be on Decker.

I think Cooper has the ball skills to get a pick or two against manning when he tries to force the ball to Thomas.

One of the reasons for that stat is because of how quickly Denver scores. Teams fall behind early and abandon the run. That more than anything is why their rush defense is ranked #4.
