If there’s any upside whatsoever to losing in the AFCC in the 2018 season, it prevented Steven Nelson from getting a ring.

So that’s pretty great

That's a wrap on this dude.

HOUSTON -- Cornerback Steven Nelson is retiring from the NFL.

Spoiler!

9 years out of a 3rd round CB is pretty solid.

Yeah, he ended up having a really good career.

He pissed me off a ton and he’s clearly a butthurt little bitch who can’t handle criticism from fans, though.

yeah - turned out to be an awfully good player.

But the same chip on his shoulder that made him a good player (because he wasn't incredibly skilled) also made him pretty damn easy to dislike.

Ask him if he gives a shit, though. $33 million in career earnings and an NFL pension in exchange for a few fanbases being irritated with him? Yeah - that's a trade you make every time...

Just came back to say this. Almost $34 mil in career earnings and retired at 31.

I’d take abuse from Philly’s worst for that all ****ing day.

Meanwhile, we've got at least 2 CBs on the roster that are better than he ever was. Would be at least 3 had we not let Sneed leave.

He has the ball awareness of Helen Keller.

I still like him more than Orlando Scandrick. Nelson was pretty decent and blamed the world around him for any errors or shortcomings he had. Scandrick, like Nelson, rarely took any blame or engaged in any sort of self-scouting - but he sucked dicks.

Where is his mom? I learned from Philip Gaines that your mom is supposed to protect you from mean fans on the internet.

Scandrick was a turd. I’d have given him credit for knocking up Draya but now that she trapper another baller, this one half her age, I can’t even give him credit there. He got got.
