he isnt going to change the 9-7 or 8-8 ending we are headed for. He will get some experience but it will be to mold him to Andy dink show. He should sit, fire Andy and some others and hire new coaches to give the kid a real chance

The intent is to provide fans with a sense of pride and accomplishment for unlocking different kinds of disappointment.
