Then you look at the fact that you don't know the person, will never know the person and receive zero emotional, physical or financial support from them makes it even worse. You have zero vested interest but act as if you are losing something if he doesn't make a deal that you deem, for yourself I might add, to be fair. Granted, I have degrees in Econ, Math, and did a cross disciplinary actuarial program, so I took classes in the Econ, Math, Finance, and Business departments, all of which covered TVM. Which departments stressed it more is probably a bit hazy for me.

Like I said it was 15 years ago already. And he’ll it may have needed to be in there and the professors punted on it. The Econ department was 2 dudes and I think they got left alone for the most part so it may have been punted on.
