Clark is viewed around the league as a significantly better player than Ford is. It's an upgrade and probably does take a 1 to make it happen.

This isn’t entirely accurate. The Jets are interested in Clark. Seattle wants a first. The Jets first is the 3rd pick. The Jets don’t have a second.

So yes, they want the 3rd pick in the draft, but no one on the planet thinks they’ll get it.

I really won't like trading a first. We can move up and draft a quality starter, and use the $20m for something better. If we can't find ways to spend it this offseason, then frontload the hell out of an extension. If not tyreek, then Chris jones. Frankly, I'd rather use a second rounder to trade up considering the talent in this draft.
