Totally different? I mean, they've been trying really hard to clean up the community and install new businesses. But just last month, I saw an assumed crackhead woman drop her pants on the sidewalk and take a piss. This happened about 2 blocks down Troost from your pic. If you travel south another 15 blocks or so, you'll pass over Brush Creek river. Note the bullet holes decorating the glass barricades that prevent pedestrians from falling off the crosswalk.

They've actually replaced the panels in that location at least 3 times that I'm aware of. Stupid idiot thugs keep putting bullet holes in them.

They've tried like hell to prop up Troost and Prospect, and it's worked in a few small areas. But let's be honest.. still pretty ****ing shitty in way too many areas...

Yeah years ago Zach mocked me for saying this shitty apartment in the West Plaza attracted criminals I'll see if I can find the video of a botched drug deal there from last year.

KC has a huge crime problem I don't even live in the hood here was my front yard the other night at 4 am:
