Ohio State QBs tend to suck and Stroud tested poorly on some kinda bullshit Scantron test I think. But he seems to be the clear QB1 of his class.

I think Richardson will be very good too if he can get healthy. Young just seems too tiny but he's also in a bad spot with that OL and generally very bad team.
