Nagy's offensive scheme was a masterpiece with the limited drives we had all game long. Andy mentioned this in the presser of Nagy being involved in the playcalling.

Nah, the reason why our offense is starting to get some rhythm back is because Andy directly has taken over the play calling IMO. When Andy mentions staff's name(particularly offensive staff) in these press conferences you can bet Andy IS SIGNIFICANTLY ASSISTING(calling the shots on game prep and play calling) IMO.

When play calling and executions works: Andy

When playcalling and execution doesn't work: EB or Nagy
CP at its finest.

Yeah, I think it's Andy all the time...good or bad.

It used to be but I think Andy gave a lot more rope to Nagy this year than he ever did to EB and it didn't quite work the way Andy thought so "here son let me give you a hand" we can't afford anymore "sputtering" in the offense.;)

Andy is not gonna fire those guys. Gotta hope they can find better players, but I'm not super confident about that after the poor evaluations on MVS, Toney, Skyy Moore, Hardman, Jawaan Taylor, etc.

What were the evaluations and how were they "poor"?

Either you "BALL" or you don't. Have any of these guys "BALLED" this year especially MVS and Taylor for what they were payed? Toney, Hardman and Moore are on the cheap. But regardless none of these guys have "balled".:shake:

Having Toney and Skyy shelved really helps the offense.

Those guys suck.

Narrowing the playbook has done wonders too. After they did that and contracted the WR rotation the offense is right at the PPG average we've come to expect.

Both "Balled" last night, for sure. Honestly, Taylor has "balled" all season. Hell, we likely don't make/win the SB last season without Toney and Moore.

Saying the evaluations were "poor" without having a clue what the evaluations actually were is lazy fan-talk at best. If one has evidence of what the evaluations actually were, then that's a different story.

Agreed. Andy just allowed too much rope with Nagy allowing this offense to sputter too long. Andy is a "placater personality" which means he does not like conflict and working through it in general. Whereas those other type personalities expect conflict from time to time and deal with it directly. Andy's achilles heel IMO has been not addressing conflict directly and soon enough when manure is happening which is what happened this year with Nagy and the offense IMO.;)

Taylor has not balled all season for the $$ he is being paid and you played at Pitt State?? Where are your football eyes man!!! MVS IS the "Frank Clark" of WRs in the playoffs so far which is good now that we are in the playoffs BUT for the $$ we are $$ paying him and the games we should have won because of his drops this last season? Moore was a great set up(as a nobody to be ignored by the D) and spoon fed in that play in the SB and his lack of play this year proved he is just a JAG if not worse.

I will go out on a limb here and say Toney is not really hurt that bad if hurt at all IMO and is being a coward because he has lost his confidence because he has had an extremely humbling year for all his immature cockiness in the off season that now is coming back to haunt him with his bad play this season. Pure IMMATURITY and ARROGANCE will ALWAYS come back to bite you. And now he hides like a coward. Talented, YES but.........Just saying.
