I'm not sure it's necessarily sage nor novel advice, but I generally view the world through a lens of "Everyone needs to calm the **** down." It serves me well.

Uh, I can only do like 3 of those things

This is the most difficult thing on earth.

Not cold fusion, not clean energy, not long distance space travel, not feeding the poor. It is impossible to pass knowledge effectively from one generation to the next.

By the time you have earned the trust, respect, and attention of the younger generation the lessons needed and mistakes that could have been avoided have already occurred.
