As far as the mod team is concerned, Joey has burned all his bridges here and we were done talking about it until that ridiculous cutting video was posted. But if the kid does some community service rather than carving himself up, I'm confident I can twist some arms to let him back. I don't really have much faith that he'll do the community service but at least this gives him an actual productive goal. If he comes back and then blows this opportunity again, the ban button is 2 clicks away so it's really not a big deal either way.
