I've never heard of it. If this was September with two sub-.500 teams, I could see it going by without a big deal I guess. I don't know about a team losing a game due to it, but when games are called due to rain (and they've passed the point of a complete game at 4.5 to 5 innings), they always revert back to the previous full completed inning. I've annoyingly lost stats that way in fantasy for like 15 years.
